This policy describes how sakura-translations delivers completed orders.
Delivery method
All translations and related materials are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical delivery is made.
Delivery timelines
- Studio Package: 5 business days from receipt of source documents
- Express Package: 48 hours from receipt of source documents
- Signature Package: timeline confirmed at project scoping stage
What we deliver
Completed translations are delivered in the same file format as the source document, unless otherwise agreed. Where a terminology glossary has been developed, this is delivered as a separate document alongside the translation.
Rush delivery
Rush delivery under 24 hours is available as an add-on for suitable documents. Suitability is confirmed at scoping. Rush delivery add-on must be purchased at the time of ordering.
Delays
If we anticipate a delay to the agreed delivery date, we will notify you by email as soon as the delay is known with a revised delivery estimate.
