sakura-translations provides written translation (Japanese, Chinese, Korean to and from German and English), interpretation services and related language services as described on the website. All services are delivered digitally.
Ordering
An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed by Stripe. We will contact you within 4 business hours to begin the project and request your source documents. Work begins only after source documents are received.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are base prices. A fixed quote is confirmed after reviewing your document. All payments are processed in EUR by Stripe. VAT may apply depending on your location.
Delivery
Studio projects deliver within 5 business days of receiving your source document. Express projects within 48 hours. Signature project timelines are confirmed at scoping. Timelines apply to documents within the stated scope of the selected package.
Client obligations
You must provide source documents in a readable format and respond to scoping questions within 2 business days. Delays caused by late document provision or communication may affect the agreed delivery date.
Intellectual property
Upon payment and delivery, full rights to the completed translation transfer to you. sakura-translations retains no rights over the delivered content.
Limitations of liability
sakura-translations liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karlsruhe, Germany.
