sakura-translations provides translation and interpretation services. All services are delivered digitally. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and before source documents have been sent to a translator, you are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation after work begins
Once you have provided source documents and translation work has begun, we will refund the portion of the project not yet completed, less a 20% administration and scoping fee. The portion of work completed is non-refundable.
Completed projects
Once a translation has been delivered to you, the service is considered fulfilled. Refunds are not available for completed work unless there is a verifiable error in the translation that we are unable to correct within 5 business days.
Quality disputes
If you believe a completed translation contains errors, contact hello@sakura-translations.com with a specific written description of the issue within 10 business days of delivery. We will review the claim and, if a material error is confirmed, provide a corrected translation at no additional cost.

To request a refund, email hello@sakura-translations.com with your order reference. We process all refund requests within 5 business days.
